At Three Trails Cottages, LLC, we pride ourselves in restoring historic homes and buildings to their original historic appearance or improving the appearance while updating the structure to current codes and standards. While we work with any era home, we specialize in historic homes built prior to 1930.

Our senior project manager is Gene Padgitt, a well-known master mason and chimney expert with multiple restoration skills. Gene has a master mechanical license and is a licensed contractor in all cities in the greater Kansas City area. We have a great team of 12 employees who do most of the work, and electricians and plumbers who assist us as subs on our projects. You may also know us as HearthMasters, Inc.
